Also now that ive figured out the rear wing come up more and how to open the doors etc, ill get some more shots with it like that.

Cheers Joe, shooting models is where I started @ before i shifted to the 1:1's! :).

Was shot in my big white light tent on a peice of black poster card, using one light i moved it around outside the tent to get an all over coverage - light painted!, set the exposure to -3 and F stop to 22 to get most in focus.

Bingo! I know what I'm going to build next. Thanks for the information. They won't turn out this awesome but I'm going to try. Fantastic shots. Could you post some of the shots you're referring to? I'm curious to see them.

Tripod helps as well :. The -3 exposure setting helps keep the light down so its not so bright.
