Well another side of myself not many see is the side that wants to better myself not just only with my photography but with my life in general.

Having seen myself in my only sisters wedding photo's @ 155kgs @ 6'6" i was somewhat shocked to put it bluntly. I knew something had to be done about my weight especially with two young kids under 6!. I was lacking a lot of energy and my sleeping wasn't good to say the least.

rewind to Feb this year.. I signed up to my younger brothers gym and got right into a plan of attack to battle my weight. Over the next 14 weeks i dropped nearly 32kgs and was feeling so much better,(at this time i was on a proper eating plan too - not a diet!), and loved attending to the point it is a lot of fun for me!.

Now 8 months later and over 40kgs down, I have been working on building size and strength and stil losing size around the waist and upper thighs!.

I currently weigh in @ 115kgs and look forward to everyday with my energy filled kids and what other challenges life may throw at me.

Best decision I have ever made.. the quality of life is so much better!.. after all, life just isn't meant to be lived in the slow lane to no where.. make a change for the better guys n gals and it'll rub off on others too!.
